Congratulations to my amazing investor client, on this successful sale. I was able to assist him with procuring this property, at the very last minute on a Thursday late evening. It closed the following Wednesday, in just 4 business days from start to finish!
It is a solid investment opportunity for him to either flip, re-build, or re-sell to another builder.
Either way, a win for him. He was so pleased.
